Limited Warranty Information for CerviPedic Neck-Relief™

At CerviPedic™, we take pride in our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Our CerviPedic Neck-Relief™ support comes with a Limited 1-Year Warranty, assuring you that we stand behind our product. This warranty guarantees the original purchaser that the Neck-Relief™ support will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion, without charge, should it be found defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects during the warranty period. Below are the details regarding coverage and limitations.

Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship in the CerviPedic Neck-Relief™ support.

Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to Alterations: Any damage, deterioration,or malfunction resulting from alterations, modifications, or improper use and maintenance.
  • Misuse and Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, exposure to moisture, fire, sunlight, steam, or other acts of nature.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage from unauthorized tampering or repairs attempted by anyone not authorized by CerviPedic.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Changes in softness, normal wear, and tear of covers, fabrics, or internal foam structure over time.

Important Information Regarding this Warranty:

  • Registration: You must register your product within 30 days of purchase to validate this warranty. Visit cervipedic.com/warranty to register.
  • Proof of Purchase: To pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must provide an original, dated receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized CerviPedic reseller.
  • Return Process: If returning under this warranty, you will need a return authorization number from CerviPedic. Ensure your product is properly packed for shipping, preferably in the original carton. Products without a return authorization number will be refused.
  • Damage Exclusions: This warranty will not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permissible by law, the Neck-Relief™ support is provided “as is,” and this warranty, along with any implied warranties, constitutes your exclusive warranties, replacing all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. Note that some states may not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so these limitations may not apply to you.
CerviPedic is not liable for procurement of substitute products or any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the Neck-Relief™ support or its use by you or any third party. CerviPedic’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the Neck-Relief™ support.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of this Limited Warranty will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Santa Ana, California. The decision and award of the arbitrators will be final and binding.

Governing Law

This limited warranty will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
