How does the shipping work?

All CerviPedic orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground and tracked electronically. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number in an email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! We were so honored to have received such a high demand from global markets that we decided to extend our products and services to meet that demand. For large orders or corporate accounts, please email [email protected] and one of our team members will be sure to get back to you. Please note that CerviPedic is not responsible for import duty or customs, so ensure that the products you order are in compliance with your country’s regulations.

How much do you charge for international shipping?

International orders outside of the U.S. very on shipping charges depending your country, province and/or state. The exact charge will appear during your checkout process.

How long does it take for orders to arrive? 

Depending on your location, we estimate domestic shipping to U.S. transit to be between 2-5 business days of placing your order. International shipments to locations outside of the U.S. can take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and rare instances can occur where delivery could occur in more or less time.

All orders are shipped from Santa Ana, California – U.S.
